WHY SHOULD I HIRE ORGANICLEANING CO. 

INSTEAD OF AN INDIVIDUAL HOUSE CLEANER?

It may seem like it is cheaper to hire an individual cleaner, but in fact there are many more things to keep in mind. When you factor in the entire experience of having your home cleaned by Organicleaning Co. is a great value.

  • All of our staff are bonded and insured. What would happen if that individual cleaner were to get seriously hurt on your property?

  • Besides just cleaning, what value does an individual cleaning bring to you? Organicleaning Co. continues to bring value to your home by doing routine inspections of the home and reporting back to you, giving suggestions on improvements you can do. 

  • You will have lots of communication tools to make your service excellent. That way you don’t need to have an awkward relationship that often occurs with individual cleaners. How many of you have someone come over once a week to watch your tv, but just don’t have the heart to tell them to get to work. We are there to clean your home, and clean it well.

  • What happens when you have a holiday event planned and your individual cleaner decides they have better things to do that day? With Organicleaning Co. that will never happen. We guarantee we will be there every time.

  • What about supplies, equipment, and tools? How much is your time worth, do you really want to run out to get that polish the day before your cleaning visit? We bring everything, because we know you have BETTER things to do.

Terms & Conditions

BY AGREEING TO SERVICES, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AS STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT:

By accepting professional cleaning service appointment and agreeing to a service provided by Organicleaning Co. LLC the client agrees to accept Orgnanicleaning Co. LLC general terms and conditions listed below. These terms and conditions, together with our letter of confirmation and our cleaning schedule, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no other representation or statements, whether oral or written, shall be binding upon the parties. If any part of this agreement is help to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

If you are unsure about any point within these terms and conditions, please contact us for clarification. Your statutory rights are not affected. In event that the terms and conditions change we will notify you in writing.

We stand by our service! If you’d like to cancel for any reason whatsoever, just call anytime to end service. Organicleaning Co. LLC contract does not lock you in.

Due to our flexible and ever changing schedule, it is difficult to commit to exact arrival times. We service homes Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and on Saturday by appointment. We work on 2 hour arrival windows and will arrive at your home during your selected arrival window. The first arrival window is between 8:00am-10:00am. The second arrival window is between 11:00am-1:00pm. The third arrival window is between 2:00pm-4:00pm. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee an exact time within the window.

Cancellation Policy

Stuff is going to happen. At one point or another -- for whatever reason, one of us is going to need to reschedule cleaning. Communication is key. Provide 24-hour notice to cancel service. You may reschedule, skip, or cancel any of your cleanings either by calling/texting the Organicleaning Co. office (770-599-5058). We do ask for a 24-hour notice of any of these actions. Without a 24-hour notice you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs at your door, then half payment for the clean will be charged. Furthermore, any cancellations fee will be charged on credit card.

Discounts 

Discounts are applied when you sign up for recurring cleanings based on how often you would like us to service your home. If a discount is applied to the first cleaning and recurring cleaning is canceled before the second clean, the cleaning will be charged at the full rate, without any discounts.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Initial Cleanings will relatively be priced higher due to the first time coming into your environment. After initial cleaning is completed, routine cleaning price will be invoiced on out typically 30%-50% discount of initial cleaning price.  If a discount is applied to the first cleaning and recurring cleaning is canceled before the second clean, the cleaning will be charged at the full rate, without any discounts. 

Cleaning Teams

Our teams are instructed to follow the requirements for the particular clean they are conducting. If you would like additional services performed please contact our office at least one business day in advance so we can schedule the additional work. Changing in scheduling could create changes in fees.


Be advised that if the professional cleaners are subject to distractions that affect our ability to work we reserve the right to charge for our extra time spent in the home. Distractions include pets, third party, contractors or anything interfering with the professional cleaners’ duties.


If for any reason an employee of Organicleaning Co. feels that their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site, due to actions by the Customer, or others at the job site. The Customer will still remain liable for the full cost of the job.

Valuables 

Items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) should be 1.) Dusted 2.) cleaned by the owner 3.) Stored away

We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured in a proper manner, or previously damaged before cleaning. (Example: heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, or dings in furniture that were there before we cleaned). Further, we will assume no liability for damage or loss caused by the negligence of the Customer.


Although we are professionals, we are not miracle workers. Sometimes we are called in too late to correct damage that is already done, or items may take a couple of cleanings to look their best. We will work with you in the most cost-effective way to try to remedy these spots in your home.

Soliciting Employment

Cleaning ambassadors working for Organicleaning Co. agreed, in writing, that they or their family and friends will not accept direct employment from any Customer of Organicleaning Co. accept for payment of the exit fee (see next bullet point). This agreement is in full force and effective during the time that house cleaners are employed with Organicleaning Co. and for a period of one year after termination of their agreement with Organicleaning Co. Given this, we respectfully ask that you not directly solicit or engage the service of any professional cleaner, except through Maid Masters/Carpet Masters.


If you prefer hiring a current or former employee/contractor a $1000.00 referral fee will be charged per employee/contractor. Once the Customer has paid the referral fee, Organicleaning Co will no longer be responsible for monitoring and managing the professional house cleaner, including, but not limited to liability protection, information security, scheduling, government taxes, quality of services, and any other act pertaining to the daily work duties of the Housekeeper. If a Organicleaning Co. employee is hired by you without a notice given to Organicleaning Co. in an attempt to avoid the referral fee, you are responsible to pay the referral fee within 7 days of Organicleaning Co. finding out. After 7 days of no payment, Organicleaning Co. reserves the right to take legal action.

Alarm Systems & Keys

Organicleaning Co. agree to keep all clients details confidential and secure all keys in its care. If a key is given to Organicleaning Co. please make sure your home is accessible to us. If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that you advise us of the entry code or have it disarmed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-hour, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all re-occurring Customers (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, etc.). If you are not satisfied with any area of your home, just call us within 24 hours and we’ll return immediately (within a 7 day window) to clean those areas for free. If you are still not satisfied with the cleaning, a Organicleaning Co. manager will visit your home for an inspection and provide a full refund.
